Szanowna Pani,
Dariusz Jagielski

Zytologische Untersuchung 1)
MYELOGRAMM (NO REGENERATIVE ANEMIA)
No hemogramm data given.
4 slides examined.
The submitted sample is of good diagnostic quality,
The cellularity is high.
Hemorrhagic background.
Megakariocytosis:+++ The megakariocytes are mature and
quite normal in their morphological aspect.
Erythroid lineage: poorly represented and not stimulated. It is
characterized by a majority of
polychromatophil rubricytes and metarubricytes,
without any morphological anomaly.
Myeloid lineage: well represented, not
stimulated and characterized by a majority of
mature neutrophils.
There aren.t any morphological anomalies in this lineage.
There are no abnormal lymphocytosis, monocytosis observed
However a small contingent (5%) of plasma cells, sometimes
dysplastic is observed..
There are no germ or parasites observed with the
May Grunwald stain.
CONCLUSION
The cytological aspect of the myelogramm is
consistent with an erythroid hypoplasia.
The anaemia seems to be of central origin.
The other lineages appear normal.
However the presence of a small atypical contingent
of plasma cells should be considered and it is for this reason
that it is recommended to perform a serum protein
electrophoresis together with a Rx of the bones in order to exclude
a plasma cells neoplasia.
